ABOUT RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original condition, except for on-sale items, limited edition items, and personalized items. All Items must be returned with all packaging. Please note that all shipping expenses for returning the item remain the customer's responsibility.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We will replace it. Please send us at support@wewecases.com with a photo of the issue within 3 days of receipt. Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement instructions. Defective or incorrect products must be returned within 10 days after our confirmation email.
If more than the allowed return time has passed since we received your items, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.
Can I exchange for a different model or design?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
ABOUT SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
US: 7–10 business days
UK & EU: 6–20 business days
France & Spain: 6–8 business days
Germany & Italy: 7–15 business days
Canada & Australia: 6–12 business days
Rest of World: 10–30 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on local postal delays.
ABOUT ORDERS
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with all the details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to update your order, please contact us within 2 hours. Once the order is fulfilled, we cannot change the shipping address or replace items.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team, and we’ll resend it.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything.
Sometimes carriers mark items delivered before they arrive. Please allow 48 hours.
If it still hasn’t shown up:

Check around your property
Contact your local post office
If the package cannot be found, reach out to us — we’re here to help.

Are your cases compatible with MagSafe?
Yes, our MagSafe-Compatible cases include built-in magnetic rings for stronger magnetic alignment, secure charging, and accessory attachment.
Do your cases protect against drops?
Absolutely. Our cases are made with shock-absorbing TPU edges and a scratch-resistant PC backing, designed to protect against everyday drops and bumps.
Does the case support wireless charging?
Yes, all cases support standard wireless charging. MagSafe models offer stronger magnetic performance.
Do you offer cases for older iPhone/Samsung models?
We carry a wide range of models. If you don’t see yours listed, feel free to contact us — new models are added regularly.
How do I check if a case fits my phone model?
Go to Settings → General → About → Model Name. Please match the model exactly before ordering.
Do you offer custom phone cases?
Yes! You can upload your photo or design to our Custom Case page.
