Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
To start a return, please email us first for confirmation and instructions.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Shipped back within 10 days after your return request is approved.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
- Limited-edition or discontinued items
- Customized or personalized cases
Please note: Products returned after the allowed period, or items showing signs of use, will not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us at support@wewecases.com within 3 days of receipt.
- Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement instructions
Defective or incorrect products must be returned within 10 days after our confirmation email.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Funds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Refund requests made after the return period or without prior approval will not be accepted.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Order Support
Order Tracking
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your order number and tracking link.
Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll resend your details.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@wewecases.com within 2 hours of placing it.
After this time, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 1–2 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
Orders that fail to deliver due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check with your local postal carrier using your tracking number.
