Return policy

What is your return policy?

We offer 15-day returns for unused products in their original condition except on sale items, limited edition items, personalized items. All Items must be returned with all packaging.Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

 What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We will replace it. Please send us at support@wewecases.com with a photo of the issue within 3 days of receipt. Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement instructions. Defective or incorrect products must be returned within 10 days after our confirmation email.

If more than allowed return time has passed since we received your items, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.

Can I exchange for a different model or design?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.

Orders

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with all the details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If you need to update your order, please contact us within 2 hours. Once the order is fulfilled, we cannot change the shipping address or replace items.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team and we’ll resend it.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive anything.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. Please allow 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
